By participating in any of our promotional events, or purchase any of our jewelry, you unconditionally agree, to release and hold us harmless from any liability now or in the future.

"SOCIAL" is any and all online platforms, including search engines. This includes, but is not limited to, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any of the affiliates, TikTok or any of its affiliates, Google and any affiliates, etc. These are examples. SOCIAL will include all platforms not mentioned here.

“HOST”: is any platform we use to post our jewelry collection, and process payment. This includes, but is not limited to, Square and all of its affiliates, credit card providers such as Visa, Mastercard, etc. The HOST is inclusive of any entity that provides services to us.

(a) fully release and hold all SOCIAL and HOSTS harmless from liability, and (b) acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any SOCIAL or HOST.

Participate in a promotional event for a drawing to receive any of our promoted jewelry, each ticket is only one entry for a drawing. Increase your chances of receiving this jewelry by buying more tickets. Each ticket will receive a unique number randomly generated to be entered for the drawing.
It is your responsibility to check and verify that participating in these events is legal in your city, county, state or province. If it is not legal, we will not be held responsible for your violation of the law.
In case of Events: A random drawing will be set at the event end date, and after a minimum number of event participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event will be canceled, and tickets purchased will be refunded, provided that there was no expense on our part for managing this event, and no disputes from participants.

In case of Events: Buying the event tickets does not guarantee that you will receive this jewelry. It is a chance to participate in this event only.
In case of Events: The probability of receiving this jewelry depends on the number of tickets each participant buys, divided by the total number of entry tickets.
Drawings will be broadcast by video. Drawings are final. No refunds, no returns.
The item is as described and will be shipped by FedEx insured. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items once they are handled by courier. Signatures are required by participants for delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is correct. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect information.

Privacy: We do not collect any of your information for sale to third parties. All your information is only used for card or payment processing and delivery.

We are a business, it takes a lot of investment, time and sometimes personal risk to make our jewelry. Events are not to giveaway free jewelry. Each participant can increase their chances of winning by buying more event tickets. For every 10 tickets, you will receive a courtesy free ticket. We would appreciate sharing with their friends and posting on their social network

Promotional Event

This is an event to win one of our 999.99 pure gold jewelry. It is not for the sale of the jewelry.

Each entry is at the price indicated in the event.

A minimum number of event participants is need to conclude this event, and a winner will receive the jewelry in this promotion.

We reserve the right to cancel or extend the event in case the minimum number of participants is not reached, as we must cover our costs of making this event possible, and making the gold jewelry.

In the case of event cancellation, the event ticket funds will be refunded to each participant. Participants can request a refund up to 24 hours before the event is concluded. Once event is concluded, and a winner is announced, no refunds will be allowed.

Gold Prices

Gold price change daily, and fluctuate rapidly. We try our best to keep our prices updated as the market changes. Final prices for any of our jewelry is confirmed at time of order and payment only. We reserve the right to update pricing before receiving payment within the time frame indicated in the invoice. We only accept wire transfers or Zelle payments. No credit cards, as these transactions will incur a credit card processing fee. We appreciate your understanding to the nature of this industry.
